Tellis Everett | Store Manager
Tellis is always looking for fun, challenging and rewarding workouts. Currently, his latest workouts consist of body weight movements, TRX resistance training, hill sprints and elliptical trainers. “I do all of this so that I can enjoy snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter, and rock climbing, biking and hiking during the summer."
Tellis leads a Novi community outreach program called ‘The FITT’ - Fun Is Training Together -Crew. It started out as a ‘Couch to 5k’ program to support AHF’s involvement and sponsorship of The Detroit Free Press Marathon’s 5k race.
After many of the trainees successfully completed the ‘Couch to 5k’ program, as well as several races, he transitioned the group from simply running to full body conditioning and fitness. People in the group are achieving success with weight loss, better health, improved fitness and performance. The word is getting out and the FITT crew continues to grow and inspire others on their fitness journey!

Jennifer Doba | Fitness Consultant
Jennifer has almost 20 years of both coaching and training experience. She served as a strength, cross country, and track coach at various local high schools before making the jump to coach cross country and track and field at Oakland University. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Jennifer was also a personal trainer and a speed coach for community youth sports. After spending the majority of her life in Metro Detroit, she made the big move to New England to work in a physical therapy and fitness/wellness facility.
It is there that she created programs for post-rehabilitative physical therapy patients, speed and sports enhancement programs for middle school through college athletes, as well as creating a strength training program for New England runners, in addition to teaching various group exercise classes.
Jennifer eventually decided to come back home and start a new chapter in her life. She believes in knowing as much as possible about her clients to assist in achieving their goals. Addressing muscular imbalances and weaknesses, in addition to understanding their previous successes and setbacks, allows her to help you achieve all your goals and expectations.
