Tri Flex™ Impact Shock Management System - This unique impact absorbtion system reduces the stress upon the user by creating a structure within the treadmill that allows the machine to flex with each runner or walker's foot plant, thereby absorbing the impact of the exerciser's weight (calculated to as much as 8 times the user's actual standing weight when running) and reducing the stress upon their feet, joints and lower back. This system is comprised of 3 components:
• Customer Engineered Treadmill Deck - Unique, longer fibers within the 3/4" deck creates a stonger, yet more flexible surface for the user.
• Custom Elastomer Cushions - these round, strategically-placed cushions provide additioanl shock absorption to deflect the impact of the user's foot strike.
