The Silver Select™ XP has seven pre-programmed workouts with adjustable intensities and times, four heart rate programs, and two custom programs allowing tremendous program variations for lots of diversity in your workouts. Express speed and express incline keys combined with state-of-the-art programs allow for total workout flexibility. The addition of an orthopedic shock absorbing treadbelt combined with our Triflex™ Impact Shock Management makes you feel like you're walking on air.
