Tellis Everett: Store Manager
Tellis is always looking for fun, challenging and rewarding workouts. Currently his latest workouts consist of body weight movements, TRX resistances training, hill sprints and elliptical trainers. “ I do all of this so that I can enjoy snowboarding and snowshoeing in the winter and rock climbing, biking and hiking during the summer”.
Jennifer Doba: Fitness Consultant
Jennifer has almost 20 years of both coaching and training experience. She served as a strength, cross country, and track coach at various local high schools before making the jump to coach cross country and track and field at Oakland University. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, Jennifer was also a personal trainer and a speed coach for community youth sports. After spending the majority of her life in Metro Detroit, she made the big move to New England to work in a physical therapy and fitness/wellness facility. It is there that she created programs for post-rehabilitative physical therapy patients, speed and sports enhancement programs for a middle school through college athletes, as well as creating a strength training program for New England runners, in addition to teaching various group exercise classes. Jennifer eventually decided to come back home and start a new chapter in her life. She believes in knowing as much as possible of her clients to assist in achieving their expectations. Addressing muscular imbalances and weaknesses, in addition to understanding their previous successes and set backs will allow her to help you achieve all your goals and expectations.
Degree/ Certification / Qualifications:
B.S in Movement Science through Grand Valley State University, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Level One Sports Performance Coach through USA Weight Lifting, (USAW, L1SP).
