Random: randomly generates a unique workout experience every time a user chooses a program
Hill: gradually takes a user thru two hills
Glute Blaster: gradually takes a user to the highest peak
Interval: simulates interval training thru two hill profiles
Interval Mountain: simulates progressive intervals thru gradual increase of resistance levels
Speed Interval: simulates interval training with more extreme high and low resistance levels
Target Heart Rate: allows the selection of your own maximum heart rate
Heart Rate Cardio: alllows your target heart rate to stay within the range of 80% of your maximum heart rate and adjusts the resistance level accordingly
Heart Rate Fat Burn: allows your target heart rate to stay within the range of 65% of your maximum heart rate and adjusts the resistance level accordingly
Heart Rate Hill: simulates hill training by changing the target heart rate thru 3 different percentages during the workout 65%-75%-85%
Heart Rate Interval: simulates interval training by alternating between 65% and 85% of your maximum heart rate
Custom Courses: referred to as user profiles, allowing set-up of default time, weight, and age settings for 2 user
